I cannot say enough about how valuable and helpful this book has been for me in starting my Real Estate business. I would also recommend Than's site for additional tips!! Than is an amazing person with what he has built and the help he provides to those out there trying to get into the business. This is a great way to build capital for you biz!!

This is a great book to read for anyone who is new learning about wholesaling real estate. This book helps reiterate an important concept of only calling on properties that look like they need work and would be a fixer upper. In addition, this book along with If You Can't Wholesale After This: I've Got Nothing For You..by Todd Fleming is also another good book to read for beginners.

Unfortunately this is not the bible of wholesaling. Lots of generalities and very little, or any, specifics. Example: When Than writes about mailing lists to use in your direct mail campaigns he never tells us where to secure these lists. And so it goes throughout the book. For $18 is a skip. Where do I get a refund?

not enough specifics and too many mentions about their "students and fortunebuilders" classes. Some good content but just a teaser book.

I just canâ€™t get around all of the printing errors. Every 2-3rd page is double printed and the type is offset so itâ€™s hurting my eyes. Donâ€™t buy this book from amazon. Try a local bookstore instead so you can see whether the copy youâ€™re purchasing is a good copy.
